Julie's Meatballs
15-20 ready made meatballs (in the freezer section)
1/2 green peper diced
1/2 onion diced
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Chicken with Rice soup
The recipe says to sauté pepper and onion in butter, then simmer everything on the stovetop for 2-3 hours. Me, I like to throw everything in the croc-pot on low for 5-6 hours. You can decide what works best for you.
Then we serve it over mashed potatoes.
