Last night for dinner, I needed a quick fix. Luckily, I had gone to an awesome farmers market and unknowingly picked up some of the ingredients for this nice dish I found in my Cooking Light Magazine.
I gave this dish 2 peas because it was really easy to make, but the taste was just ok. I also didn't have goat cheese, so I just used some feta that I had in the fridge, but I also think that some parmesan cheese would work just fine too. I love to cook super easy food that tastes good too.
